that is not taken is available, unless noted on calendar itself. The
backup date below is in case 2 people reserve the same date at the same
time, one will get the backup date. If you do not specify a backup
date, you may not get a charter when you need it, for dates also available
around your primary date may be filled by the time you come back to
reserve a new date. The minimum deposit for any charter other than excecutive
is $100.

DISCLAIMER
Deposits are forfeited if cancellation is not received 10 days prior to
the scheduled charter date. Balance owed for charter must be presented
prior to boarding the boat, no exceptions. Credit cards are only accepted
online, thus if you pay the balance of the charter at the time of boarding
the boat, only cash or checks will be accepted. There is a $35 charge for all
checks returned due to insufficient funds. If a second date is not chosen
and the primary date you choose is taken, you will have to choose from open
dates left at that time, and we are not responsible for any dates taken
because you didn't pick a secondary date to begin with. Please read what
to bring, including what type shoes are acceptable, for anyone not wearing
the right type of shoes will not be allowed onboard, no exceptions. You
have 1 week from the date you make the reservation to secure deposit,
or the deal is void and the date becomes open to anyone that wants it.
Any illegal drugs on board are prohibited by federal law. The captain
is in full support of the "zero tolerance" program of the US Coast Guard
and US Customs Service. No drugs in any quantity are permitted on board,
and any drugs that are found on board will be reported to the US Coast
Guard and US Customs Service. Alcohol is permitted, as long as it's
beer only, and only in cans. No liquer, wine, or any other form of
alcohol or any other type of containers will be allowed on board. No
exceptions. Anyone found in violation of any of these rules will
cause the deal to be void, with no refund, and the boat will be brought
back to dock.
No firearms or weapons of any type will be allowed on board. No exceptoions.
Roy's Away Charter is not responsible for any items lost during the charter.
Please take care to keep all valuables and any other items safely in
the boat, and attached to you in a manner that they will not fall overboard.
